Shop Policies
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES
All orders, except for customs and preorders, are shipped within 2-3 weeks. Please note that delays may occur during peak times, such as shop updates, but I appreciate your understanding as I navigate a high volume of orders. As a one person business, I appreciate your support!
During shop updates and the holiday season, expect a few extra days for your order to ship due to increased demand. If you happen to make an error in your address, don’t worry! Just send me an email with the correct address as soon as possible, and I'll take care of it.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties. While Moody Moon Company will make every effort to cover some of these costs at the time of shipping label purchase, we cannot guarantee that all import expenses will be fully covered by the time you receive your package.
SHIPPING DELAYS
If you see that your tracking number indicates your package hasn't moved for a while, give it some time. Shipping can sometimes be slower than we like, especially for packages headed to Alaska or Canada. If there is no movement after a week or so, reach out to us so we can take a look from our end. It's helpful if you include the Order Number when you email us.
LOST IN TRANSIT
If your package is lost BEFORE it is delivered, please contact us so we can file a claim. We'll follow up with next steps at that time.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Moody Moon Co. provides refunds/replacements ONLY in cases of damaged products and is case specific depending on the item damaged.
In order to provide you with a refund or replacement, you must ship the old one back to me. You will pay shipping for the damaged item to be returned.
Moody Moon Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items, but if the item as been damaged DURING SHIPPING we will almost certainly be able to send you a new one.
We don't accept exchanges at this time but hope to someday be able to do that for you!! :)
